The Ironbark Distillery family is growing!

Big News!  Lacey Hodgert joined the Ironbark Distillery family. Lacey is our new brand ambassador. She has worked in the spirit industry for over fifteen years. Additionally she is bringing a background of spirit education and classic cocktail experience to our team. Working in both America and Australia building cocktail bars and mentoring young hospitality professionals.   She is looking forward to working with our award winning spirits.

Pretzel infused Barrel Aged Moonshine Old Fashioned

Mr. Salty Old Fashioned Cocktail

50 ml Pretzel infused Barrel Aged Moonshine

7 ml  Demerera Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Glassware: Double Rocks Glass

Garnish: Orange Peel

Method: Add ingredients to glass and stir over ice. Add garnish. Cheers!

Pretzel infused Barrel Aged Moonshine (Makes approx. 4 servings)

240ml Barrel Aged Moonshine

12 Baked Wheat Salted Pretzels

Firstly combine pretzels and Barrel Aged Moonshine in a bowl. Secondly, stir and let sit to infuse for twenty minutes. Lastly, strain the pretzels from the barrel aged moonshine. Discard the pretzels.  Rebottle and store the barrel aged moonshine in a cool place.
