Mr. Salty Old Fashioned Cocktail
Every once in a while you feel like a little salt and a little sweetness along with a delicious beverage. Combining our favourite snack food mixed up with a classic cocktail.
50 ml Pretzel infused Barrel Aged Moonshine
7 ml Demerera Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Glassware: Double Rocks Glass
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method: Add ingredients to glass and stir over ice. Add garnish. Cheers
Pretzel infused Barrel Aged Moonshine (Makes approx. 4 servings)
240ml Barrel Aged Moonshine
12 Baked Wheat Salted Pretzels
Method: Firstly combine pretzels and Barrel Aged Moonshine in a bowl. Secondly, stir and let sit to infuse for twenty minutes. Lastly, strain the pretzels from the barrel aged moonshine. Discard the pretzels. Rebottle and store the barrel aged moonshine in a cool place.
1 cup Demerera Sugar
1 cup hot water
Method: Stir to combine until dissolved.
